Fully equipped sewer crawler system for conducting both visual and 3D (Lidar) inspections in sewer mainlines, pipelines and storm drains. The crawler is able to start inspecting pipes as small as 8 inches and up thanks to the design of the tractor and the interchangeable wheel sets. Capture high-quality footage and focus on fine details during inspections with the pan and tilt camera head that is equipped with optical zoom and focus function. For inspections that require a NDT examination a special Lidar head paired with a camera are available to scan the internal pipe and record the 3D profile of the pipe.

The System Full Description
The TRACER X5-500 robotic sewer camera is a universal inspection system for completing both visual inspections and mapping out 3D scans of pipes and sewer drains. This versatile inspection system can be equipped with two heads one of which is a powerful pan and tilt camera head with zoom and focus and the other a Lidar head paired with a high definition fisheye camera. The whole system comes with all the necessary components to start inspecting pipes from 8 inches and has a cable length of 500M (1,640ft).

The TRACER X5-500 inspection system offers the operator to conduct high definition visual inspections of pipes, sewer drains, and storm drains and asses pipeline integrity, detect fine details, make a 3D map of the pipeline with the Lidar technology. The same crawler can be used for visual inspection and for Lidar examinations which gives you the opportunity to implement the crawler for various projects and applications.
The crawler tractor is equipped with fused camera elevator or riser that lifts or lowers the camera head if going into a larger or smaller pipe diameter as well as adding supplementary illumination with LED's mounted on the frame of the riser. The robotic crawler camera is made to be interchangeable with different wheels facilitating inspections of smaller pipes as well as bigger pipes.
Two heads are available to operate with this crawler: Pan and Tilt Camera Head and Lidar Head equipped with Fisheye Camera. The pan and tilt camera head provides high definition resolution imagery along with a strong zoom function and manual focus for a clear picture. For inspections that require only a visual assessment such as detecting visually the defects or checking the overall condition of the pipe the pan and tilt camera head can be used however for more complicated finer inspections that need to check the structural integrity, detect anomalies or map out the pipeline a Lidar head can be used. The Lidar head offers scans of the inspected sewer line that can be used for detecting fine damages, hard to see breaks or other details. Additionally the Lidar head has a fisheye camera that offers a valuable piece of information for the inspectors to compare and use it together for analyzing the lidar recorded assessments.
