Who you are paying

Fiberscope.net is operated by Strahl LLC in the United States and Medit Inc. in Canada. FIBERSCOPE is the registered trade or operating name of both companies. We fulfill orders from Woburn, Massachusetts, and Winnipeg, Manitoba.

In this policy, “FIBERSCOPE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the company identified as the seller or rental provider on your quotation, invoice, or agreement. The companies remain separate legal entities. Follow the payee and bank details on your payment instructions; do not substitute the trade name for a specified legal payee.


Currency and fees

Prices are in United States dollars unless stated otherwise. The customer is responsible for applicable bank and currency conversion fees. Nothing in this policy excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded.


Credit cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express online, by phone, or through a printed authorization form. Unless otherwise agreed, your card is charged on the day your order ships.


PayPal

Our PayPal payment address is paypal@meditinc.com. Notify FIBERSCOPE by email or phone when you send a payment. The customer is responsible for applicable PayPal and currency conversion fees, to the extent permitted by applicable law and payment provider rules.


Company checks

Company checks are accepted from United States and Canadian customers only. Goods ship after the check clears, which may take up to one week. Confirm the payee and mailing address with your representative before sending payment.


Certified checks and money orders

We accept certified checks and money orders. We reserve the right to wait for payment to clear before shipping. Clearance may take up to three days.


Net 30 accounts and purchase orders

Business customers in the United States and Canada may apply for a credit account with payment due within 30 days. Submit the application with three trade references. Review normally takes two to three days.
Purchase orders with banking and trade references should be submitted by email. FIBERSCOPE may withdraw credit approval without notice, subject to applicable law. Net terms approval is valid for three years and expires after three years without an order. We do not offer payment terms longer than 30 days.

Government, state, and educational institutions may submit purchase orders on official letterhead with complete billing and shipping information by the salesperson's provided email. Their credit terms may be approved without trade or credit references. Standard terms are Net 30.


Wire transfers

Arrange a wire transfer directly with your FIBERSCOPE representative. Provide your item list, billing name, billing address, and telephone number by email so we can identify the payment and the order it covers. Use the beneficiary and bank details supplied for your specific transaction.

Cash payments are accepted in person at our Winnipeg office:

Product financing

Financing is offered through an independent third party, KWIPPED or APPROVE, and is currently available only to United States customers. FIBERSCOPE is not the lender. Approval and financing terms are determined by the provider. Review its terms at https://www.kwipped.com/approveterms.
