Our customers have the following payment options:
Credit cards - we accept Visa and MasterCard online, by phone or via printed authorization form, and American Express (by phone only).
Credit card will be charged the day the order ships unless otherwise agreed.
PayPal – our address for PayPal payments is firstname.lastname@example.org Please notify us of PayPal payments via e-mail, fax, or telephone.
Note: Paypal fees, including currency conversion fees, when applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Company checks - the check must clear prior to shipping goods (takes up to a week). This option is open to United States and Canadian customers only.
Certified checks/Money orders - We accept certified checks (money orders), but we reserve the right to dispatch goods after check is cleared in the bank which can take up to 3 days.
Net 30 days, Purchase order - business customers may apply for a credit account with payment due in net 30 days. An application form must be submitted, including three trade references we can contact to verify credit history. This normally takes 2-3 days to complete. Purchase orders with banking and trade references may be placed by email or be faxed to 1-888-686-8660.
We reserve the right to cancel approval without notice. Net terms are valid for three years. If no orders have been placed during the period of 3 years the net terms approval expires. We do not provide credit terms longer than 30 days.
Government, state and educational institutions may fax purchase orders on their letterhead with complete billing and shipping information directly to 1-888-686-8660. Their credit terms may be approved without credit/trade references. Standard terms are Net 30.
Note: Net 30 payment terms are only available to customers in the United States and Canada.
Wire Transfer (must be arranged with a sales representative directly). To pay via wire transfer please advise us by e-mail or fax of your list of items, billing name, billing address, and phone number, so we know where the wire is coming from, and what products you wish to purchase.
Cash – customers are welcome to pay for their purchases in cash in our office located at 96 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 2B3 Canada. Please do NOT mail any cash!
All bank fees, including currency conversion fees, when applicable, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
