Medit Inc. offers its customers a 14 day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department at
1-800-239-9934 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please provide a detailed description for the return on the RMA form. The RMA number MUST appear on the box and the RMA form MUST be enclosed with the goods being returned.

Please note that any returns shipped without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender. 

We will ask you to ship the unit back to us. Upon receipt we will inspect its condition, and issue a refund for the original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges). As long as the product remains in original condition, you can use this as a trial period. 

Custom made or specially ordered products as well as clearance sale equipment  cannot be returned and are considered final sale.

Important: the tool must be returned in the original packing and received in “like new” condition. Products showing marks, such as scratches, dents, etc., due to usage will have up to 60% deducted from the refund. 

 

Exchanges

All our products are double checked prior to shipping to make sure they are in a perfect working order. However, if the product you receive turns out to be defective please contact our customer service department as soon as possible at 1-800-239-9934 and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Please provide a detailed description for the return on the RMA form. The RMA number MUST appear on the box and the RMA form MUST be enclosed with the goods being returned. Repairs

Whether you have a warranty issue, out of warranty repair, or no idea what is really wrong with the unit, call our customer service department at 1-800-239-9934 to discuss any issues that you are facing. If necessary, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and and an RMA number, and request you to return the product for inspection. Please do not return any products without contacting a Medit Inc. representative for an RMA form and number first. You are responsible for shipping and insurance on any returns. The RMA number MUST appear on the box and the RMA form MUST be enclosed with the goods being returned. Please note that any items shipped without an RMA will be refused and returned to sender.

Be aware that some products have to be sent to the factory for damage evaluation and repair. If this is the case, expect up to 4-8 weeks on the average for your repair to be completed. Fill out your RMA form thoroughly and include as much information as possible about the issue(s) you are experiencing, along with any relevant images or files to help us understand your issue. Any warranty claims must be accompanied with a copy of the Proof of Purchase otherwise the repair will be suspended until valid documentation is received. Please only send those accessories with the equipment, which are relevant to the repair. Medit Inc. will contact you with a Damage Inspection Report. The Report will contain the information about the damage or issue with your unit and a repair costs. Medit Inc. will then request your for confirmation to proceed with the repair, prior to performing any work. Inspection fees may apply in certain cases. 

Upon receipt of the Damage Inspection Report, a decision to repair your product or have it returned must be made by you within 60 days. Any units left at our premises with no communication will be disposed of or used by Medit Inc.

After customer has been invoiced for the payment, company can store repaired unit for 60 days. If customer doesn't pay for repaired unit within the period of 60 days there will be a storage fee applied (US$100/month) for up 6 month. After that time all unclaimed units will be disposed of and the repair case will be closed.

Repairs are covered with a 3 month warranty applied to the repaired/replaced parts only.

 

Shipping guidelines for all return shipments

Declare $20.00 as the customs value. Be aware that if you declare a higher value all taxes and customs duties will be billed to you.

Indicate “RETURN of GOODS” in the shipment description field (if available).

Please ship your parcel via FedEx Economy (2nd day) Service, UPS, or Canada Xpresspost.
