To ensure the system's ruggedness and increase protection camera heads are tightly attached to the push rod spring. Interchange the camera heads is possible however you need a special tool and instructions on how to do this. Or you can send it to us and we do it for you. Another option is to get a second reel with a camera head and interchange it with one control monitor.

the long sweeps are usually easier to push through than 90° bends, so it will be pretty easy to use this camera on an electrical conduit. The max. diameter of 2" is just a recommendation for a couple of very good reasons. First, the light may be not sufficient in bigger pipes, and second, if you use bigger camera heads (1.23", or 1.68") the image resolution will be prominently better. All though there are skids you can use with this camera head to center it in bigger ID pipes. Our sales rep. will be in contact with you shortly.

The DuraSCOPE™ WIFI sewer camera is a specially designed device with no monitor or LCD screen; instead, a built-in WIFI module is used with your Apple or Android smartphone or tablet to complete inspections and capture images and videos. These strong, durable, Canadian made units feature camera heads of different diameters on an HDPE premium spiral wound push cable, and a specially designed Wi-Fi PipeStream™ module, making them extremely portable and easy to set up anywhere.
The PipeStream™ module generates a WIFI signal that you connect your smartphone or tablet to. Once connected there is a custom App that provides you with a viewing program to view the live image of the inspection area from the camera head, along with the ability to capture images and record video directly onto your device.
The DuraSCOPE™ push cables used in the WiFi plumbing camera are reinforced with spiral wound premium materials, installed on a powder-coated steel frame. The reels will all feature a built-in onscreen foot counter, to know how much cable has been spooled off the reel.
The DuraCAM™ camera heads are available in a straight view or a self-leveling design, meaning the live image you see on the screen will always be right side up. Built into all of the camera heads will be a 512 Hz sonde to locate the camera head underground inside some ducts or pipes, and LED lights to illuminate the inspection area. The miniature 1.23" color camera head is extremely flexible, and specially designed to navigate tight areas, making 90 degree bends in 1.5" pipes, and the camera chip is very light-sensitive offering high-quality, crisp images in pipes up to 4". The larger 1.43" and 1.68" camera heads feature larger camera chips and more LED lights to illuminate larger inspection areas. The 1.68" Camera head can be used in inspections of pipes or ducts up to 12". All of these camera heads are stainless steel with a scratch-resistant sapphire glass lens, and a sleek design with a specialized plastic skid that is very durable, with no sharp edges making them highly maneuverable, easy to clean, and ensuring that will not get stuck or caught when removing them. These camera heads are all completely waterproof as well.
