Sewer Crawler TRACER T3 All-Terrain
Built for the toughest and hard to access environments, the TRACER T3 Tracked All-Terrain Crawler redefines what a pipe crawler can do. Unlike conventional CCTV inspection robots, this heavy-duty system powers through silt, standing water, steep slopes, deep trenches, and continuous bends with ease — making it the go-to solution for municipal drainage pipelines, box culverts, covered channels, and rivers. Its front and rear swing arms enable multiple posture adjustments on the fly, while dual motors push the crawler across surfaces that would stop other systems in their tracks. With optional add-ons including a 3D laser scanner and panoramic camera, the T3 goes beyond simple video footage — giving inspection teams the complete picture they need to diagnose problems accurately and act fast.

Sewer Crawler TROGLOTREK

The System Full Description

Introducing the next generation of heavy-duty inspection with the new TRACER T3 Tracked All-Terrain Pipe Robot. This system is engineered to operate in the most challenging environments, capable of inspecting pipelines, box culverts, and covered channels from DN400mm (15.7") all the way up to 20,000mm (787"). Its unique adaptive posture control allows a single operator to traverse deep silt, standing water, steep slopes, and high ledges where conventional crawlers cannot function, making it the definitive solution for tough municipal and industrial inspections. The crawler itself is fully protected to IP68 standards, allowing it to be submerged up to 10 meters, while the electric cable reel is rated IP65 for protection against dust and water. The system is powered by a robust 300-meter, Kevlar-reinforced coaxial cable with a 500 kg tensile strength and a durable polyurethane sheath. Safety is paramount, with automatic circuit protection against motor stalls and overcurrents, plus integrated sensors that provide alarms for roll angle and internal pressure.

The crawler features a powerful dual-motor drive system (800W total) and a revolutionary multi-terrain track structure with detachable front and rear swing arms. These arms provide a ±120° rotation and 250mm of lift, while a separate electric lifting frame raises the camera an additional 310mm. The primary Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) camera head offers continuous 360° rotation, 10x optical zoom, and a high-sensitivity 2MP CMOS sensor. For illumination, 28 high-intensity forward LEDs (84W total) flood the inspection area with light, supplemented by a 2MP rearview camera for observing cable and retrieval.

The electric cable reel and control system provide automated operation. The reel features software-controlled automatic winding and layering to ensure orderly cable management, while a high-precision counter tracks distance with 1mm resolution. The entire system is managed from a ruggedized, tablet-based control terminal that can display front and rear video feeds simultaneously. The control software allows for text overlay, displays real-time crawler attitude and distance, and supports one-click integration with analysis and reporting software.
The Tracer T3 system includes the tracked crawler, electric cable reel with 300m of cable, and the tablet-based main controller. The system is fully compatible with the included PipeScan (for Android-based field inspection) and PipeVision (for desktop-based video interpretation and reporting) software suites, which support AI-powered defect interpretation and generate detailed reports compliant with CJJ181.

Optional features include a high-precision 3D laser scanner that enables the robot to collect 3D point cloud data and construct detailed 3D models of the culvert. This allows for precise measurement of defects, tracing of drainage outlets, and investigation of structural issues.
