The X1 is a compact, high-definition pipeline CCTV inspection robot system that uses a tablet as the master control unit. The controller connects wirelessly to all system components, enabling real-time HD video display and recording throughout every inspection. Designed for community and municipal infrastructure, the X1 handles combined sewer, domestic wastewater, industrial wastewater, stormwater, water supply pipelines, and power conduits ranging from 4" to 10".

The System Full Description
The X1 robotic sewer camera is a compact HD inspection system for completing visual inspections of small-diameter pipes and sewer drains. This inspection system is equipped with a powerful pan and tilt camera head with zoom and focus and uses a tablet as the master control unit with wireless connectivity to all components.
Features:
The X1 inspection system offers the operator to conduct high definition visual inspections of pipes, sewer drains, and storm drains and assess pipeline integrity and detect fine details. The compact design allows the crawler to be used in small-diameter pipelines from 4" up to 10", giving you the opportunity to implement the crawler for various community and municipal projects and applications.
The crawler is equipped with an electric lifting mechanism that lifts or lowers the camera head when going into a larger or smaller pipe diameter as well as adding supplementary illumination with 8×1W LEDs mounted on the camera head.
The X1 is operated with a pan and tilt camera head providing high definition resolution imagery (2MP, 1920×1080) along with auto and manual focus for a clear picture. For inspections that require a visual assessment such as detecting defects or checking the overall condition of the pipe the pan and tilt camera head can be used. A secondary rear-view camera (1920×1080) is also included for monitoring during crawler retrieval. The camera operates at 0.01 Lux sensitivity and carries an IP68 waterproof rating suitable for up to 10m water depth.
The X1 Robotic Sewer Camera has an automatic reel system that is able to track the amount of the unspooled cable length and reel out and in the cable. The cable features Kevlar reinforcement with a waterproof, abrasion-resistant polyurethane sheath and a high-precision encoder counter with 1mm resolution. The cable length is 262' (80m).
