The CYCLOPS Portable Zoom Camera is an extremely reliable and affordable inspection device used to inspect tanks, manholes, pipelines, etc. from street level.
It uses a new generation of LED lights (which are dimmer controlled) to illuminate the inspection area, producing great light intense while extending the life time of the LED elements. These last much longer than standard halogen and HID bulbs.
Thanks to a built-in Ex-view HAD CCD camera chip every important detail will be displayed during inspections. This camera features powerful zoom (26×optical and 12×digital) with a detection distance up to 60 meters. The camera body tilts automatically up 30° and down 180°.
Inspections can be documented by either image (MPEG) or video (MPEG4/AVI) capture and saved onto a 4Gb SD memory card. The imaging hub is equipped with a 6.5’’ TFT color monitor with 640x480 pixel resolution.
The lightweight telescoping pole is normally 6 meters long (optional 12meters) and fixes securely on the heavy duty industrial tripod. It has spring suspension for stability and fine height adjustment.
The CYCLOPS camera is waterproof (IP 67) allowing it to be used widely for inspection in sewer, water, and waste mainlines, ducts and pipes.
Power is provided by a portable built-in rechargeable battery, providing a charge for up to 4 hours of use.
