Medit’s Easy-type Monitor Videoscope Systems (EMVS) are ideal for a wide range of applications including automotive, aviation, lock smithing, plumbing, pipes/ducts, casting/machinery, and law enforcement. Any inspection which requires a live colour image of the inspection area with the ability to capture images and video. These small Videoscopes feature a 10mm diameter, with inter-changeable probe lengths, and an advanced monitor. Each EVBS set includes a 90o mirror tip, a magnetic tip to pick up small screws or metal shavings, a hook to collect wires, a rechargeable battery for portable inspections, and a carrying case.
The EMVS probes feature a 10mm (0.44") diameter, with a CMOS video camera chip located directly in the tip, a water and oil proof lens for inspections in wet environments, 6 LED lights for illumination, and a semi-rigid “flex and stay” insertion tube design. This semi-rigid insertion tube allows you to bend the probe into a particular shape, which it will hold until you bend it back. It also allows the probe to support its own weight for at least 600mm (2’) allowing you to insert the probe straight up or straight out into deep areas.
The live colour image is displayed on an ADVANCED monitor with a large 3.5” LCD screen, 640x480 pixel resolution, illumination control for the LED lights, a rechargeable Li-Polymer battery for up to 4 hours of portable use, and direct image and video capture to a 1GB SD memory card. There are also two large capture buttons for easy file capture with one hand, a skid-proof, anti-shock, ergonomic design, optional video output to a larger TV monitor for professionals and customers to discuss problem areas, and direct file transfer to a computer or laptop via a USB port, for quick emails and to clear space on the memory card.
