Problems With Your Shipment

Yes There Will But Not From Us
If you order items from outside of Canada, all of our shipments must clear through the customs department of the destination country. When our products clear through your countries customs based on our products, their value, and the country of manufacture they may decide to charge you taxes, duties, or additional fees, based on their policies. We do NOT charge you these fees, nor do we collect, deal with, or receive any of them. This is a separate bill from your customs department, and should be at least equal to the local taxes you would pay on a purchase.

By Registering on our site and logging in each visit, you will be able to access your Order History and Tracking Information. Medit Inc. has linked directly with our shipping partners to provide access to current shipping information on your order.
